Rosemont Town Homes: There are eighteen units of new family rental housing located near the center of the Rosemont site.At each unit either the front or the rear entry is accessible without steps. There are two four-bedroom units that have an accessible bathroom and bedroom on the ground floor.

Individual front porches at the Rosemont Town Homes.

Historic cast-iron boiler doors were salvaged from the convent's original heating plant and installed in a landscape wall. Cast into the doors is the inscription:
"House of the Good Shepherd -- 1916"
